Another video “window” today! I am charmed by everything about this choir’s performance. The choir is the Großen Chor of the Ev. Gymnasium Meinerzhagen, and the song is John Gardner’s arrangement of “Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day“, a crazily-paced carol with all the flurry and jubilance of Advent, and a third verse which is absolute madness. It’s a little bit bonkers here, to be honest, but the strident tambourine action and the accents make this the best rendition on YouTube. I hope this makes you feel entirely Christmassy: I smile every time I hear it (oh my Luff, oh my Luff my Luff my LUFF…).
