Well hello. This is coming from the hoar withered hands of Sophie Duncan, BA (Hons), M.St. (Oxon). I have two degrees in book-learnin’ and as of today I am a teacher. This is all pretty great.
However, it’s worth saying that as of 15th August, I will be an unemployed shouter at park benches and bagperson, unless Fate and/or my jobsearch intervenes. Fate, if you’re reading, I advise you to do so.
Dr Sophie Duncan is Fellow in English at Christ Church, University of Oxford. She works regularly as a historical advisor and as a dramaturg for theatre, TV, radio and film. She likes theatre, detective fiction and cocktails.
